  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this agency. Joe Pope is our landlord and he has been absolutely wonderful to do business with. He is more than just a businessman. He is compassionate, caring, understanding and very professional. He listens, and he tries to understand your situations. Whenever my wife and I experience any issues at our home, he is on top of it that day. We had a plumbing issue come about and Mr. Joe had a professional plumber out that day to immediately address and fix the issue. My wife and I didn’t have a great experience with our previous landlord. They only cared about themselves and collecting their rent. Mr. Joe also sells property, homes, and commercial. I’m sure he does much more. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent in South Georgia. I would recommend anyone in this agency because I know that Mr. Joe and his family have built a foundation based upon character, respect, integrity, and compassion for our community. I also can’t forget to mention the secretary every time we come in for something or even just pulling through the drive through to the window. She is always very polite, knowledgeable and professional!! Thank you so much Mr, Joe & Pope reality!! Y'all are phenomenal!!
