  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this agency. Joe Pope is our landlord and he has been absolutely wonderful to do business with. He is more than just a businessman. He is compassionate, caring, understanding and very professional. He listens, and he tries to understand your situations. Whenever my wife and I experience any issues at our home, he is on top of it that day. We had a plumbing issue come about and Mr. Joe had a professional plumber out that day to immediately address and fix the issue. My wife and I didn’t have a great experience with our previous landlord. They only cared about themselves and collecting their rent. Mr. Joe also sells property, homes, and commercial. I’m sure he does much more. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent in South Georgia. I would recommend anyone in this agency because I know that Mr. Joe and his family have built a foundation based upon character, respect, integrity, and compassion for our community. I also can’t forget to mention the secretary every time we come in for something or even just pulling through the drive through to the window.
